I do not give out 5 ⭐️. In this case Patrick Sorsby Esq. went above and beyond to earn the highest eat resting. Just before four (4) pm Friday as he has preparing for a weekend away from the firm. Attorney Partick Sorsby Esq. was apathetic with me and the legal challenges I will be facing his week. He talked with my for 20 minutes, spelled out what I need to look up, know and say. I had a horrible experience with Mark Pelersi when he served as my buyers attorney. He charged me $2,000 for a condo closing! I later found out that the seller was only charged $350 by his attorney for the same work. Mark also tried to push back my closing date which had been set for 6 weeks because he wanted to go on a last minute vacation with his family. Finally, Mark forgot to bring all the paperwork to the closing which delayed it. I would NOT recommend Mark Pelersi. He is expensive, arrogant, and took advantage of this young, unsuspecting home buyer.
