Great Law Firm! I was leary at first and ended up reading the reviews and was judging the law firm based off other people's reviews and exprience but got the total opposite services. Maybe it's particular attorneys but A. Jazembak was assigned to me. Mr. Jazembak has great communication and wants to know precisely information to accurately get the results his clients want. Honestly, if you want a good defense, be ready to have everything documented and ready to present to them EVERYTHING. They aren't mind readers so I think the negatives reviews came from clients thinking that they had to only give the basic information and assumed because it's a law firm they had the ability to make a good case on basic information. If you're putting in effort, they will 100% fight for there clients. The paralegal has excellent communication C. Barrett and the account keeps track of all funds and send an itemized bill accurately H. Myers. Give them a try, ypu wont be disappointed!!

I was looking to see if I had a case against my employer. Paid $150 for consultation. Then $350 to speak with the lawyer directly just for him to asked me the same exact questions that was asked a million times during consultation. The conversation only lasted 3 minutes *eye roll* I was hit with the “I’ll look into it” just to never hear back from him. This was in September. Feel like I was baited into wasting my money.

Despite their promises, we found the entire process stressful and poorly managed. From the beginning, we were uneasy about how our credit might be affected, and unfortunately, our fears were not unfounded.

They take all of your money and will not win your case. You have to do all of your footwork and be left depressed. They really have all of these fees to deplete your retainer that do not help your case at all. They consult you with compassion and then rip you off after you retain them. Please, please, please use complete precaution when asking yourself if you should retain this law firm. They eventually stop trying for your case after they rip you off, and they let the other party win. Then they want you to listen to some more legal advice from them. Make that make sense. Their 4-5 stars, more than likely, their friends and family (unrealistic). So serious.

The lawyers are skilled and knowledgeable, but the leadership is terrible, disrespectful and incompetent. The billing/finance department is a mess. If you go with this firm, expect incessant billing issues and unwarranted late fees. There was an overpayment made by the Tully billing department (still unclear how this happened), and after almost 3 months they asked for the money back within 1 weeks’ time. We offered to return the overpayment over a longer period, but the CEO himself got directly involved and refused to accept our terms. The CEO was shockingly disrespectful to his own customers about this matter, which was clearly the firm’s mistake. After some back-and-forth, we agreed to pay the overage amount minus the unexplained late fees that had accrued. He fought us staunchly on this until we threatened to take it to fee arbitration. Once we threatened fee arbitration, his tone changed completely. He reluctantly accepted these terms only on the condition that we sign a legal agreement forbidding us from going to fee arbitration or writing bad reviews. Obviously, we did not sign that agreement! The fact that a law firm needs such legal agreements from their OWN CUSTOMERS before resolving the firm’s errors should be very telling about the integrity of the firm and those who operate it. Do yourself a favor and pick a better firm. P.S. We were never given clarity on these late fees and we still have no idea why they were added to our bill. We have transferred our case to a new firm and are much happier. The only reason I am generously giving 2 stars is because of the attorneys.

They showed no empathy, provided unclear information, and were rushed. Federal employees would be better off seeking help elsewhere.

We were able to get an appointment right away. They listened to our crazy situation and knew exactly how to handle it. Everyone we talked to was so nice and understanding.

Called for consultation. Reasonable at 150. Stephanie did a great job putting everything together so attorney had for consultation. Attorney Heather was reassuring and honest. So relieved there was a solution. I actually became tearful when she told me they could help. Retained firm and heard from my new attorney that same day. I've interviewed lots of firms and no one wanted to help with my EEOC because they're difficult. Tully Rinckey didn't hesitate and my mind is now at ease with their assistance. Thank you team!
