So many reasons to stay away, rude incompetent employees, false promises and condescending attitude of Dell. Lost my case, dragged their feet and overall waste of time………….

I'm using this firm for s s disability,I did more work then they did,I spoke to s disability myself,more than I spoke to them.The attorney I was assigned,I spoke to once,her mailbox is always full.I’ve been through 3 paralegals,this last one the worst,never returns your calls,how do you update medical issues,when you can’t speak to anyone.I found out not through them,s disability called me back,to say I was approved,three weeks ago.Still haven’t heard from them,after 4 calls.Completely awful.Don’t waste your time here.

I greatly appreciate the hard work of the Law Firm of Alex Dell. The team of William Sterbinsky and Ryan Dell have been working on my VA disability case, and they have gone above and beyond to fight for my highest possible VA disability compensation. They kept me informed at all steps, and stayed in close contact with the VA throughout this process to move things forward. I am equally impressed with the team of Sharmila Suriyasena and Elizabeth Perez in their diligent handling of my Social Security disability case. They filed all claims and appeals paperwork in a timely manner, followed up often with the SSA to check the status, and provided me detailed guidance on the paperwork and appointments I needed to complete. I couldn't imagine navigating these bureaucracies without the help of the dedicated professionals I named above. Everybody I communicated with at this law firm has been responsive, and patiently and politely answered my many questions. I feel like they are handling my cases with compassion and integrity. I highly recommend the Law Firm of Alex Dell!

I'm more than dissatisfied with my case. I asked details of my case through every step of appeals and just vague on why it was denied. That is 1/4 the reason I will not do business with them again. 3/4 of the reason was because the horrible paralegal Wendy that i was assigned. First start, she talked down to me like I was an idiot when I asked questions. Also when I asked about appeals and things the lawyer and I discussed, she argued with me saying I was wrong and didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She told me opposite information on my case than what me lawyer and I talked about. Last straw was I called her to see if I should fill out form from insurance carrier sent to me in the mail, she said yes and drop it off at Alex Dell to get notarized and the law office will look it over and send it out. I did what she said, later it was used against me which i don't have as much issue with it, but then to question me the next time I called her saying why didn't I check with her before sending it out and I shouldn't of done that. I told her I did what she said and was sent out from your office, she said I'm gravely mistaken and wasn't going to argue. That burned me deeply since I trusted this law office for guidance on my case then turn and blame me for wrong turns in the case. Due to the paralegal Wendy being wrong on advice and case details, unprofessional, and taking forever to call back, My brother also has a case within law firm and has the same gripes with Wendy arguing with him and telling him wrong details of case. We both will not be using this law firm again mainly because of the paralegal. Wendy doesn't do any service for this firm with her attitude and ineptitude of the cases she handles.

I am limited to 4000 words for this review and it would never do the Alex Dell Law firm justice. I hired the Alex Dell Law Firm in 2015 to handle 3 very complex and intertwined cases. Mr. Dells attorneys conducted a free case analysis and found 2 additional cases that I had never been compensated for!. We settled 3 out of the 5 cases for nearly six figures and I was awarded lifetime indemnity payments for the others. Additionally, the Dell Law Firm also handled my Social Security Disability case with ease and had my application approved in under 8 months after initially being denied. My cases we against a large city in upstate NY ( With the NASTIEST lawyers and insurance carrier on the market) and a hospital. Mr Dells attorneys made quick work of them in the courtroom because they were prepared and had the facts, the law and the truth on their side. I would be negligent not to mention the paralegals and support staff that operate behind the scenes but are there for you at a moments notice. My assigned paralegal always answers my emails or phone calls within 24 hours and often times several minutes! . It makes me feel that I am the Dell Law Firms only client and EVERYONE is working for me. In my humble opinion Mr. Dell and his group of attorneys are ALL AV-1 rated lawyers in the field of workers compensation and social security disability. You cannot go wrong in hiring this law firm to represent you.

I was very pleased with the Worker Compensation cases I had. I could not have gotten the results for each case without the hard work of Alex and his staff members. I had a couple cases that were a little challenging and he and his office spent a lot of extra time on them. They above and beyond.

I was referred to the Law Firm of Alex Dell by a former satisfied client. I needed representation to appeal a denied SSD Claim. Not only was I successfully represented and won the claim on appeal (retroactive), but the Firm identified a possible Worker’s Compensation Claim. I was going through a very difficult time and feeling alone and confused in my troubles. Nicholas Fusco, an Attorney with the Firm, worked with me regarding the WC Claim possibility. It was not an easy case. Moving forward, I felt supported and understood. This firm is amazing. When I turned my case over to them I felt like I did no work. I was still injured and they wrangled all of the paperwork as it came making it a worry free process. Their professionalism and prompt action kept me focused on recovery. I recommend this firm to everyone. It's amazing, and the customer service is the best.
