Allen is patient and understanding and because of his expertise my case was successfully resolved in my favor. I have been a client for about 2 years. Mr. Shoikhetbrod and his staff did an excellent job in helping me file for FERS Disability Retirement. The FERS Disability Retirement process is complex and would have been very difficult to do on my own. I am so glad I hired Mr. Shoikhetbrod. He and his team did a great job of gathering my extensive medical record and preparing a very detailed incredibly written letter to OPM. He helped me throughout the whole process, I could reach him or his staff at all times. With such a complex and lengthy process, it was great to have his leadership at my side at all times and I got a favorable outcome the first time. 100% pleased.

I was glad to get Allen working on my case after my initial lawyer moved on. I wasn't to impressed by my first lawyer but since Allen took over everything has run very smoothly. He was available practically any time which is a big deal for those of us that live in Hawaii. The 6 hour time difference typically turns off others that may provide assistance but for Allen it was not a problem at all. And his staff is awesome! I am very pleased with the representation I have received so far from Mr. Shoikhetbrod. I have found him to be a very skilled and experienced litigator and was extremely well prepared and organized. He follows through to meet deadlines and communicates as much as necessary, explaining legal issues and strategies I may not be aware of. He represented me in an appeal case this summer and I just found out we won. However if we had not, I still would maintain that he did his job thouroly. I would highly recommend him, especially in litigation cases, however I'm sure he is as competent in other types of law he practices.
