for the informal federal EEO all was good but after on aug 3rd 2016 the mediation my lawyer said there would be a new retainer and that I had a little of the old retainer left. While I was working and serving in Afghanistan and starting a new contract I told my lawyer that by the end of the month I would be able to make a payment past the relapse 15 day period and she said she would work with me and file before the 15 day lapse. between the 4th and 17th I haven't heard from her on the firm and then was given a new lawyer in DC In which I assumed he was brought up to speed NOT ......... so they allowed it to lapse and refused to help me or even appeal the dismissal from the Airforce .. they threw me under the BUS ... so I would shop around before this place ..

I was a point away from getting my license taken away for some speed limit violations. This time though the cop told me the wrong speed limit. I came to the law office of Tully Rinckey in Albany for help with this. They were able to have the point expunged from my record and get rid of all the charges.

Very good knowledgeable attorney. Unfortunately the retainer documents containing clients name mispelled several different ways throughout the document. I've reached out to have it corrected.
