I had an extended consultation with Mr. Warner. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. What impressed me was his ability, not only to dispense good information, but that he was patient and listened to what I had to say and considered my input. This is a very important quality as many people sometimes feel that their lawyers just dictate irrespective of the client's concerns. I contacted Mr. Warner based on his positive reviews. Let me tell you, the reviews were spot on! His knowledge, professionalism, heart-warming demeanor, and sense of humor made me feel at ease. I received a huge package from the bank that looked like a summons to court, the package was intimidating, and I had no clue what the documents said or entailed. As a result, I reached out to Jonathan regarding my foreclosure, although I had just completed a trial loan modification, so I wasn’t sure if there was an error or the bank was really taking away my house. Mr. Warner took to the time to look through the documents, translated what it meant, and even contacted the bank to confirm that I was in the clear and my house is not up for foreclosure. Friendly, knowledgeable, fierce Top Notch. Jonathan is amazing. Chapter 13 process would have been super intimidating but with Jonathan clearly explaining everything, he made it more than bearable. He was available 24/7. Every time I reached out to him with a question or concern he responded immediately.
