I hired Frank to do the closing on my house. When there were issues before closing, Frank called the seller's lawyer and got everything fixed. He was very organized at closing and explained every paper I had to sign. I was nervous and he put me at ease. Everything went smoothly. Fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend Frank.

Frank did not council me very well. When in court he would tell me that I should have brought this or that document, something I wish he'd mention beforehand. He was also told that his fee was higher than average by the judge. He did however help me fill documents correctly and instructed me on some stuff I ended to do after court date. Communications were difficult.
