Difficult to find information and get help
“How is the only entity that's permitted to help you find an attorney so bad at its most important function? Why do you not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act as you are required to by law?”

Unhelpful when contacting them
“Absolutely useless. Call them and they redirect you to a website that has no information. Dont worry if you dont know which categories to select, they will refuse to help with that as well.”
