The Wagoner Firm successfully handled a dispute for us with a contractor who failed to perform work at our home in accordance with our contract. After we were unable to reach an agreement with the contractor, The Wagoner Firm brought the contractor to the table and negotiated the completion of all repairs and remedial work shortly after we retained them. I would highly recommend The Wagoner Firm to others in need of representation for any contract disputes!

Mark and his team successfully navigated me through a complex commercial real estate transaction. There were several title and access issues, which appeared to be insurmountable hurdles to closing the transaction.
