Pros
1
The law firm provides excellent and responsive legal services, with attorneys who are knowledgeable, dedicated, and go above and beyond for their clients
“Steve was able to quickly negotiate a substantial settlement, (after saying no a few times), knowing just how much he could push the amount of the award , w/o going to trial. His domain experience and resources really benefited the case. I highly recommend. I can not think of anything Steve and his firm could have done better.”
2
The attorneys at the firm are compassionate, caring, and make clients feel supported and understood throughout the legal process
“Kelly and Tanya were there to provide a listening ear and offer emotional support whenever I needed it. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I felt heard, understood, and cared for.”
3
The firm has a team of experienced and skilled attorneys who are able to handle a wide range of legal matters effectively
“This firm is very responsive and flexible for their clients. I found their knowledge and level of service to be excellent. Kurt Bratten, Esq. provides outstanding Health Law services and he is an incredibly kind and reasonable person to work with.”
Cons
1
Some clients have reported issues with attorneys not returning calls or emails in a timely manner, which can be frustrating
“The attorney working on my case NEVER returns my calls or emails. I understand that there are other clients that are being serviced however it would be quite courteous if there was a simple acknowledgement of the emails or the phone calls.”
2
There was a concerning report of the firm keeping an employee who was allegedly abusive to his family, which raises questions about the firm's values and decision-making
“Even with proof (medical records, video and audio recordings etc.) that one of their employees was an abuser to his dying wife and their children this firm still decided to keep said lawyer; Allen Kassenoff employed with them. Do not spend any of your money or time with this law firm, go somewhere that actually values the truth and values making decisions that are morally right.”
