Pros
1
Excellent, responsive, and caring legal representation
“Steve was able to quickly negotiate a substantial settlement, (after saying no a few times), knowing just how much he could push the amount of the award , w/o going to trial. His domain experience and resources really benefited the case. I highly recommend. I can not think of anything Steve and his firm could have done better.”
2
Knowledgeable, professional, and effective attorneys
“The attorneys were friendly, knowledgeable, effective and efficient. They have the resources and know how to remedy nearly any situation that presents itself.”
3
Attorneys go above and beyond to support and advocate for clients
“Kelly and Tanya were attentive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Kelly was an exceptional attorney who took the time to understand my unique situation and provided thoughtful, practical advice at every stage of the divorce.”
4
Firm has a team of strong, compassionate, and caring legal professionals
“Pam and Steve had my back through and through. Would 100% recommend to family, friends, anyone!”
5
Attorneys provide timely communication and keep clients informed
“She answered every call, every email, every text in a timely manner and always took as much time as I needed to talk to me.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and communication from attorneys
“The attorney working on my case NEVER returns my calls or emails. I understand that there are other clients that are being serviced however it would be quite courteous if there was a simple acknowledgement of the emails or the phone calls.”
2
Firm kept an attorney employed despite allegations of abuse
“Even with proof (medical records, video and audio recordings etc.) that one of their employees was an abuser to his dying wife and their children this firm still decided to keep said lawyer; Allen Kassenoff employed with them. Do not spend any of your money or time with this law firm, go somewhere that actually values the truth and values making decisions that are morally right.”
