Used them for LLC publishing in NY state. The service works as advertised and is by far the cheapest option I've found for some of those peskier paper-based requirements. It's all self-serve and pretty straightforward

Ok. Where do I start? I wanted to get my business started before the year was out (2022). I procrastinated for months and had financial issues that added more months on top of that. After some real deep soul searching and confirmation from my Pastor I was determined not to fall short (fear of failure) on my dream. I searched for a company to help me start the formation of my LLC and I came across New York Registered Agent. I called to ask a question as I was gearing up to use Legal Zoom but the Rep. Raquel G. was so helpful and knowledgeable and explained how I could save money using their services and so convincing that I decided to go with them. I explained to her my dilemma and the time constraint I had on having it completed before the year was out (personal accomplishment) and she couldn’t guarantee it but assured me they would try and, lo and behold, not even 60 minutes later I received a call from Raquel explaining that is was done and completed. New LLC business registered with my State. TWO THUMBS up and 5 STARS to Raquel and New York Registered Agent.
