I signed up for their mail forwarding services and paid them 2 separate mail forwarding fees (with 2 unique USPS tracking numbers) to have original IRS EIN letters forwarded to my home address. First they misclassified my companies' EIN Letters in their system and would not allow me to request mail forwarding for the EIN Letters.”
