This company is a fraud! I signed up for their mail forwarding services and paid them 2 separate mail forwarding fees (with 2 unique USPS tracking numbers) to have original IRS EIN letters forwarded to my home address. First they misclassified my companies' EIN Letters in their system and would not allow me to request mail forwarding for the EIN Letters. Then the mailroom clerk (Crystal Sand) lied and said the original EIN Letters could not be forwarded and I could only download scanned copies from their system. After I called Crystal Sand's bluff and told her that IT could populate the "Click to Request" link which would allow me to request mail forwarding of the EIN Letters, Crystal Sand said the link would be available and I could request the original EIN Letters to be forwarded. Then Crystal Sand only sent 1 tracking number for only 1 company's EIN Letter. After I threatened to call the police and report her to the US Post Office and the IRS for stealing my other company's original EIN Letter, Crystal Sand sent the same tracking number and said it was for both company's original EIN Letters. Upon arrival of the mail forwarding envelope, no EIN letter was mailed for the 1st company and only the original EIN Letter for the 2nd company was forwarded. In other words, New York Registered Agent stole one of my company's EIN Letters! And New York Registered Agent has a copy of my Driver's License and Passport from another Federal report filing they made for the company whose EIN Letter was stolen! Clearly I've called the police and reported their federal crimes to several Federal Agencies! Stay the hell away from New York Registered Agent, LLC! And for the record, the name of the company whose EIN Letter was stolen by New York Registered Agent is BGM Resource Management, LLC.

As a definitely, often lost (read: learning), and fund strapped newbie owner of a newly made LLC, the incredible NY Registered Agent LLC have helped me tons. Well, tons doesn't even began to cover it. From publication to "WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO FILL HERE?", they helped and answered it all. They. Answered it. ALL. All via phone or email on the same day. If not, the next business day. THEY EVEN PROVIDE ME A MAD LIB FOR EMAILING NEWSPAPER PEOPLE. MAD LIB. I can't even imagine the wonky email I would send if I were to do it myself. Jeez, what the hell would I do without them? Google? Yea, no. Not going down that click bait filled rabbit hole (again and again.)

Good straightforward service registering a LLC in NY State! Their plain talking language on their site helped cut to the chase and was helpful. They also were helpful answering a number of questions during the process!

Very happy with their service, clear pricing and customer service. I'm in NYC and used them several times for different legal matters with my LLC Filing, Publication Requirement and Registered Agent and they've always been responsive, quick to file, thorough and personable. I've used the big legal big box but they are so slow and so unresponsive that I'd rather hire a small business like New York Registered Agent LLC because I know I won't be just a number. I intend to give them all my legal business. Really happy. Keep up the good work!

Other than an issue with my EIN, they've been a great help and they're reasonably priced. My last conversation was with Paige and she was so patient and helpful. It was really a pleasure to work with her, she went above and beyond to help me gather some information I requested. It was greatly appreciated.
