Edited to include the update: PS This review went from 1 star to 5 stars. Read below. I do not recommend creating your LLC with this company. I am extremely unhappy with this service. I filed for an LLC with them and after several requests for my NYS filing receipt they still have not provided me with one. However, I was charged $60 for what I was told would be my filing receipt only to receive a typed receipt. I have called multiple times and left messages and have not received a response. If you are a business owner attempting to open a business bank account you know you need the state filing receipt that you receive after filing for any LLC, EIN confirmation and your Articles of Organization. I have 5 accounts and will be canceling my services. For the other 4 accounts I filed the LLC on my own and received the filing receipt along with the articles of org immediately so I'm not sure what the problem is but it has delayed me for opening the biz bank account. They understood my desperation for this document, charged me for something they did not provide. They have been very unprofessional, unresponsive and bad for my business. Update: New York Registered Agent made it right. It took a while but i was not letting up. I said let me call one last time before i decide to call as consumer protection and when i did, I got Crystal S on the phone and explained this ongoing issue and she said "let me see what I can find tomorrow" i said well i thought you're not open on the weekends? She said "we're not but im coming in and im going to look around and see what i can find until i can get in touch with the filer. Ill give you a call on Monday with the update". Sure enough Monday (Presidents day). Crystal S. called as promised with the filing receipt. She ensured me that she'd do all she can to assist me in finding this NYS filing receipt and I believe she looked for it over two days and I appreciate her for that. In the course of it all, she called a few times and left me messages to make sure I knew it was in my portal. Although I missed the call each time, I got your voice-mail and just want to say thank you again for your time and attention. And thank you for crediting my account for the next year with additional service. You'll are in good standing with me. I have 5 access with you. I would recommend New York Registered Agent to others. Thanks again!

I have had a great experience using New York Registered Agent so far and highly recommend them to any other small business owners. I switched to them at the end of 2023 to be my registered agent, because the previous service I was using was very expensive! I had a great experience with their customer service back when I first switched to them and had another great experience today! They offer other services and filings for LLC's. Today I called their customer service because I needed help signing up for a dba. I was helped by Raquel Garcia, who was extremely helpful and patient with me! She stayed on the line with me and walked me through the different steps I needed to complete. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Being a business owner can be such an overwhelming experience! Especially with all the legal stuff! It has been a relief for me since working with them. If you are looking to start an LLC or already have one and using overpriced services, I recommend checking them out to see if they are a good fit for your business needs.

New York Registered Agent LLC not responsive to their existing clients via their business line or email distribution lists. Best worst business formation entity thus far. I'll encourage you to pay a rather hefty price for your business formation needs and maintenance than to go with a relatively cheaper alternative in the form of New York Registered Agent LLC.

I wholeheartedly recommend NYRA. Raquel's dedication was truly commendable as she took charge of the entire process to register my business. Her constant communication kept me informed about every step, and despite encountering a few challenges on the state side, she successfully ensured that my business was registered on the desired date. Moreover, their pricing is reasonable. I highly endorse their services.

Horrible service. I paid for expedited services and was given an expected due date. 3 days after that due date, I emailed the company for an update since they were late and was told they did not have my invoice on file (after they charged me over $750). I requested an immediate refund considering they did not know I was even charged. Now it's been 4 days after the due date, I was not given the refund and my service was not fulfilled. I have been trying for 2 days to get in contact with this company and nobody has returned my calls. I will not be using this service and do not recommend you use it either.

This has been by far the greatest experience working with a company of this magnitude. The customer service, the professionalism and overall service has been top notch. All my business needs are met. I'm already referring many people to this service. Special recognition to Raquel who was knowledgeable, gracious, professional and ready to assist when needed and went above and beyond to make sure our business needs were handled. Thank you!

Working with New York Registered Agents LLC is an AMAZING Experience. Firstly, their website is simple and explains requirements in detailed form to start your business. NYRA is a one stop one shop company that has it all available for anyone starting a new business and maintaining their business including virtual address, phone, taking care of annual filing of documents with the state. NYRA is THE BESSST!!!!! Customer Service is Awesome too! The sweet people on the other end of the phone takes time to assist with any and all questions in detail, no matter how many times you call. I highly, highly recommend NYRA to Everyone. I switched from another agent to NYRA as my LLC agent. Looking forward to do lots more business with NYRA. Thank you NYRA for this experience. Great experience, as a first time business owner with limited experience it was a no brainer to ask for help. The online set up was quick and easy, and the help page answered all of my questions. My LLC filling was set up in a day, and when some wrong information was filed for the EIN, they fixed it with no charge. Would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to start on a business journey.

Theresa R. was beyond helpful in walking us through the steps necessary to form a multi-member operating agreement. She went above and beyond to assist our start-up become a registered LLC and explained the differences in filing status.
