I was referred to this firm by a friend and I'm glad I did. My attorney Russel Morgan was incredibly knowledgeable, well-organized, and an excellent communicator. He efficiently updated my entire estate package which included special needs trusts, living trusts, and all the necessary documents to transfer my assets such as my house, car, and investments to the new trust. His "to do list" was particularly helpful in keeping me on track. And his team was absolutely wonderful as well. Even when I accidentally showed up for my appointment on the wrong day they handled it gracefully and accommodated me without causing any embarrassment. He communicated very effectively throughout the process of negotiating a resolution for my ticket that alleged speeding. From his first reply, he was very thorough in explaining the process and the hoped-for outcome, and the process unfolded much as he said it would. I am very happy with the outcome, which was much as the other reviews here described. His fee was reasonable and customary. I recommend him unequivocally.
