Called Atty Joshi around 8:30am on a Mon morning, found he was preparing for Court. He still took my call, listened intently on everything I had to say about my matter, and gave me advice what to do going forward. Very personable and I appreciate the time he took to give me free legal advice.

My journey was a very long one to say the least. However, working with Rakesh allowed me time to see the light at the end of my darkest tunnel. I’ll plea the 5th with the details but imagine doing a 5k run towards the trooper fund and loosing over 14lbs of weight in the process. It was the most expensive workout plan ever lol (I can find the humor at my own expense now that it’s over). The odds were not in my favor at the start line but with Rakesh’s support I was able to finish the race breathing freely. He advised me in the right direction, remained blunt with the facts, and reassured me to the end. Rakesh reduced my 8 point speeding ticket to a 2 point ticket and had to deal with a difficult court. All other attorneys I called told me Best outcome would be pleading to some form of speeding with 3-4 points. He did what no one else could do.

I have a pretty extensive criminal history as well as a fairly extensive traffic ticket history. I have had my drivers license suspended 3 times, in July 2017 I was pulled over and issued my 3rd speeding ticket within an 18 month time period, this was a 4 point speeding ticket. At this time I also had 8 points on my license already. This meant that If found guilty of speeding I would exceed the 11 points that constitute a 6 month minimum suspension on my license. It also meant that if I was found guilty, the dmv would automatically revoke my license (the law states 3 or more speeding convictions within 18 months is automatic revocation). So needless to say no matter what happened I needed this speeding ticket to be reduced to a non speed with no more then 2 points in order to keep my license uninterrupted. The court in halfmoon didnt want to hear it they refused to reduce it to anything less then a 3 point speeding ticket due to my extensive driving record. So I decided I would find the best rated traffic ticket attorney I could find in the area. I always do my research and my research brought me to Rakesh Joshi. I met him very briefly outside of a courtroom, gave him cash and a handshake as he assured me it was as good as taken care of. He then proceeded to explain quickly that it was going to take some time to get the result I desired. He thanked me for being understanding and said he would get it done. Months went by without us talking sometimes but I knew he was a very busy man and looking at his resume i knew he would get it done. 18 months after my 1st meeting with Rakesh Joshi, I recieved an email from him stating that the speeding ticket had been resolved with the exact outcome that I desired and Mr. Joshi thanked me for my patience in the matter. If you hire this attorney expect to be dealing with a busy man that is working hard every day, expect to deal with a guy that will not settle until he gets you the outcome you desire, and when you get the end result you will be very happy you chose Rakesh Joshi.
