Where do I begin with the outcome from my violation. Rakesh Joshi helped me so much and was very patient with me. Mr. Joshi is who you should go to for any traffic matter, that you feel may or may not have a long term effect on your driving record. I made the mistake of trying to take the easy way and save my money one time, never again will I do that. Here is what I was charged with in colonie 2 aggravated unliscened operators 3rd 1 Reckless driving 1 unsafe lane change 1 no front plate 2 tint violations 1 handicap parking ticket 1 upm Keep in mind 3 of these are misdominors. Unfortunately, I was pulled over 2 times in the same 2 weeks so they combined all my charges into one large mess. The end result that Rakesh got me, after fighting endlessly for me, and not settling for any bad plea bargains. All charges dismissed and merged to 1 or 2 parking on pavement tickets. These carry no points at all!! There are many attorneys out there. However, there is only one who will fight for you until you are 100% satisfied. I refer everyone I know to Mr. Joshi.

A relative got a moving violation, and Rakesh got it down to just a parking ticket. He did a fantastic job. One of his advantages is that he will personally go to the court to plead his cleint's case. Most attorneys don't do that today. Further, since he has been to so many traffic courts within 50 miles of Albany NY, he knows all the judges etc. So if you have a traffic violation within 50 miles of Albany, NY then Rakesh is your man! He gets my strongest recommendation.
