I was facing 2 counts of a non-violent felony in a firearms related case. Rakesh is a miracle worker. He defended my constitutional rights in my case and I'm happy I can continue owning firearms. He was able to get me a misdemeanor in the plea deal which was spectacular. He convinced the DA and judge of the truth: I am a responsible gun owner. I dont cross state lines with firearms but it was a headache and a half when I did it once. Luckily Rakesh was on my team.

Rakesh helped me deal with a speeding ticket. He provided great service for a very fair rate and had my ticket reduced massively. The courts were not very helpful and the process was long as a result of COVID, but Rakesh stood by his word and helped me all the way start to finish. Would recommend to anyone needing services in the area.

First, 5 stars ⭐️ is not enough.. I would kindly give 10 stars. I can’t remember the last time I received a speeding ticket.. let alone 2 almost back to back.. needless to say, I was a nervous wreck. From my first conversation with Rakesh, I knew he was the lawyer I needed. He’s kind, and professional and to the point.. might I add, very confident as well. He was very upfront with how he would help me. Honestly, I thought how could it be possible… but he stood by his word…I’m not sure how I went from 10 points to ZERO… yes… zero points.I couldn’t be more pleased. Honestly a sweet human that genuinely likes to help people. I called for a some advice via mistreatment from my landlord. He gave me VERY helpful info and took time to explain my rights to me. He’s very good at what he does and is truly authentic. I am super appreciative of the time he took to lead me in the right direction before working on cases he’s actually getting paid for. I don’t know about you butttttt I know that’s a human I want on my team to help me exercise my rights!

Had a terrible experience and got completely ripped off, failed to give me reciept of services and also failed to represent and refund me. Rakesh also gave false hopes by promising me no jail time and a program which ib4something he never lived up to before stealing money and having complrtr

The best lawyer in the capital region by far for serious tickets! Had 4 tickets that totaled over 19 points in Colonie, a county that barely lets stuff like that slide, and Joshi brought it down to 3 points (0 with defensive driving). I’ve had other lawyers turn down dealing with this case because of how hard Colonie Court can be but Joshi picked it up without an issue and worked with me to try and get it reduced down to practically nothing. Really recommend him if you got any tickets in the capital region (Albany, Colonie, Guilderland etc) and he tries to work with you on payment as well, was worth every dollar!
