Absolutely amazing! 77 mph in a 55 mph zone on 787 and clocked with LIDAR (laser). 6 Pont speeding ticket reduced to parking ticket! No points on insurance! I live in MA and needed a traffic lawyer to represent me at Watervliet city court and did my research. I'm really glad I picked Rakesh based on his great reviews. I highly recommend him, he did an awesome job. Be patient, he's a busy guy and communication can be a little on the slow side. It took 4 months before my hearing and we only communicated a couple times. Anyway, I'm very happy with his services. Man, Rakesh ROCKS! Schodack district court. He had my 90 mph in a 65 speeding ticket (2nd ticket within a year) reduced to blocking the box. Highly recommend him! Another great job! He turned a cellphone ticket into 0 points with $100 fine. The state wanted 5 points! I have used his services 3 times. I have not been disappointed once. Rakesh will fight and get you the best possible results! Highly recommended!

In three words - Efficient, professional and reasonable. I recently had a traffic matter in the Town of Sand lake that Attorney Joshi handled for me. It has been many years since I have had a traffic ticket. I asked colleagues who they recommended and several mentioned Mr. Joshi. I must say I am more use to dealing with the larger "brand names" in the area, but they assured me that this man is aces. As most, I have a very busy life and efficiency is important. Last summer I got a ticket for using my phone while driving and I stupidly pleaded guilty to that so it was still on my records when I got a speeding ticket a couple months ago for going 55/40 AND a ticket for an unregistered vehicle. Hello Every1, I just want to let you know that Rakesh is very much aggressive and strict in achieving the result what he promises. Also, he is tough at his fees too b'coz of his confidence in getting good result out of your original traffic tickets. I got 4 traffic ticket (14 points - 10 points for moving violating and other 4 for speeding). I was looking for some good attorneys to take up my case and give me the best result, as I am almost near to the suspension of my driving license and I want a very good outcome. I checked with couple of attorneys and finally settled with Law Offices of Rakesh, as he gave me a good assurance that he will get me the best best result from my case. We started the process on 1st week of June and got the result for 3 tickets on Aug last week and the result for other ticket was in the 2nd week of Sep'16. He is kind of person gives you response, once he has the result. Even if you call him in the interim, you may not get response soon. You just want to have some patience to get the good result.
