Contacted Bill’s office regarding a trust and made an appointment. The woman who answered the phone advised it would be a $375 consultation fee. Ok, no problem. Arrived to the appointment, waiting… Bill is approximately 20 minutes late. No explanation, no apology. I get it that things come up and happen. Consultation seemed quite productive. Bill stated he was going to do A, B, and C. Cut him a check for his fee right then and there. Several days go by and nothing back from him. Saw that he cashed the check on the bank’s website. Multiple phone calls/messages to his office and nothing. This guy completely ghosted us. Zero professionalism!

Bill and Jean are easy to work with, friendly, and efficient. We hired Bill to redo our wills and other end-of-life arrangements. Bill was extremely helpful in explaining changes in the law and making suggestions. We were referred to Bill by our financial advisor and we're very glad that we followed this recommendation.
