“He took 1.5 yrs to execute an estate he was managing - I was a beneficiary (he originally said it should be resolved in 3-6 mos). When I finally received my payout, over half of the amount was subject to federal taxes (based on the accompanying K1). Tried to get an explanation, would not respond.”
