I had a very complicated immigration case that many lawyers did not want to take because it required a great deal of work, knowledge about immigration and skills that they simply did not have. Many lawyer said to me that I will most certainly have to go back to my country and file for an adjustment of status there. I have my husband and family here so I did not want to end up getting stuck in my country were I have not lived in over 20 years. I wanted to fine a lawyer who I could trust to properly represent me.
