My lawyer had something come up the date of my final court date, and Matthew, a partner at the firm, filled in for him. He fully understood the situation, and handled it very professionally and effectively. I was just as confident and happy with his service as I had been with my other lawyer, with whom I had been working for 6 months.

2001, 2006 & 2008, my last (3rd DWI), had my license revoked and possibly banned for life due to NYS 3 Strikes legislation. Then my license was locked by a Child Support Lien for several years....causing my license to expire. After Child Support lien was removed....I tried to figure out how to navigate the NYS Driver Improvement Bureau. I contacted 2 lawyers, those that actually helped me during my DWI's. Neither was helpful, competent or interested in helping me. They gave me forms and left me out to dry. I sent the forms to Albany....and they were lost, never received or never reviewed. I moved out of State which compounded the issue dramatically. As I had no NYS address. I called Matt Simone, as he was located close to DMV in Albany NY. He did his homework, consulted with his DMV contacts and got back to me in days...not weeks/months. He had me fill out just 2 forms! I sent them to Matt and the DMV. Matt then stayed close to his contact at the DMV to ensure they were processed in a timely manner. Result: I now have my drivers license after 10 years of trying to get it back. It only took the DMV a few weeks. Just call Matt Simone.....seriously.

I cannot say enough about the time and effort Matt put in to my case. He was extremely helpful from start to finish, and helped answer any question I had. Matt did more research, spent more time with me, and explained more to me than I could have imagined. The amount of time Matt spent during work hours, and after work hours, on my case, was beyond what I thought a lawyer would normally do. My case ended up going to trial with jury, and Matt helped me through every step. We won the case with the expertise he had, and with the preparation and effort he put in. I got a HEFTY speeding ticket as well as another traffic ticket while traveling through Albany and I am from Long Island. I contacted Matthew Simone immediately about the tickets which was quick and easy. I never had to face any court appearance and he did an amazing job on getting my tickets dropped from 10+ points on my license to NONE!! If you ever get a ticket you need to hire matt!! Matt was great, he got me a better deal than most people get for dwi. He kept me filled in through out the entire process and made sure I was 100% on board with everything. I would use him again for any other tickets.

I came to Matthew with a DUI charge coupled with a high rate of speed offense. As we advanced through the legal process, he uncovered other 'complicating' factors that included previous speeding offenses that seriously impacted the stability of my case. These further aggravating discoveries required that Matthew travel to several outlying areas and plead these charges to vacation from my record. What nominally should have been a relatively simple case to process became a tangle of previous convictions that Matthew deftly maneuvered. I was faced with losing my license for a far longer time than anticipated which would have made my work life nearly unsustainable. Matthew exhibited polite professionalism throughout the entire process especially as the scope of the case grew significantly.
