Upon getting charged with a DWI I reached out to an attorney who I had used throughout my life for anything that came up. I was basically told based on your BAC we won’t be able to get a reduced offer and I am not sure how long the process will take. After a meeting, phone calls and a court appearance I was more confused than ever and accepted the fact that I would be getting a DWI. At this point a had a couple of people tell me that I should probably get a second opinion just based on the lack of information and inability to even understand the process ahead. It was at this point I called James and left a message. He got back to me immediately and spent 25 minutes talking through the fact surrounding the case and how this would move forward step by step. After talking to James I felt 100% better about the situation he was able to answer every question I had around the charges, temporary license, and a timeline. Additionally, James began to discuss scenarios to get the charges thrown out or reduced which is something I had completely dismissed as I was told a plea wouldn’t be possible. I had actually told him that I am fine with the DWI charge if we can just get this wrapped up. He seemed shocked and told me that I may get a DWI but it will be after we exhaust all of our options and if I want to plead guilty that I should get another attorney. Over the next few months James kept me informed eventually telling me to report to court and we will be wrapping this up with a DWAI charge! Having worked with James I would highly recommend anyone tangled up with a DWI charge to give him a call. My experience with lawyers is minimal but he completely exceeded all my expectations while being personable and relatable. Thanks James.

My case did take a while but only because he fought for the best outcome and we got it. He wouldn’t settle for less. My case was one of those cases with many little details that could be maneuvered around. Attorney Maloney strategically handled my situation into appropriately debating the finer details of my case to lead to an outcome for the best outcome possible for protecting my future and keeping my life options open. My results saved my future and my life potential. I cannot even say exactly how he managed to pull off what he did, but the end outcome was so much better than what it could have been.
