When my wife and I purchased our first home, I was told by many people that hiring a lawyer is just one of those things you have to do. You give them a bunch of money and they do nothing for you. That was certainly not the case for us. Adam went above and beyond. He was always available to answer any questions, checked and triple checked every form to ensure it was all correct and even called the town to dig up some old information on our block to prove it wasn't a private road to the title company. Buying your first home is a scary and confusing process, Adam eased a lot of that by making sure we understood what was happening the entire way. My wife and I cannot thank him enough.
