My mother paid for a will to be done assuming that everything is great the day after death no advice nobody can help you with any questions in fact charge you extra hours for asking an hour to have the audacity to ask any question to be met with I cannot tell you anything unless you pay 5000 to to retain us makes no sense at all because you're not allowed to talk to the attorney only assistance can tell you no answer but your now charged thank you guys you're the best at what I don't know

In 2022, I was stuck living out in Los Angeles while facing a convoluted legal situation back in New York pitting me against my 3 brothers over the fate of the house in the town of Wantagh that had been in our family for 60 years since we were kids and was the legacy from our deceased parents. The brothers wanted to sell it. I wanted to keep it in the family. I had no legal connections back in New York. But in a stroke of luck, I found Adam Ansanelli based in Amityville and hired him, sight unseen. Over the course of an entire year, he maneuvered my matter through not only a legal minefield involving unpaid taxes on the house, a murky will drawn-up by my deceased father, and a poorly chosen and hostile Executor overseeing my parents’ meager estate, but also what evolved into semi-secret negotiations for me to purchase the house from 3 petty brothers whose only goal seemed to be to sell the house to anyone but me. Adam arranged a purchase which, through no fault of his, seemed to fall apart at the 11th hour due to one deliberately difficult brother in tandem with the other two brothers and the hostile estate Executor. I swear, it was like the cast of characters out of a bad Hollywood B-movie! But while I was preoccupied with my pre-arranged cross-country move back to New York, Adam and the financial team he recruited stepped in to further negotiate with the brothers and somehow salvage the sale which otherwise would have fallen through and dashed to pieces my months of carefully laid plans, as well as my family legacy. The end result: arranging separate appearances for the combatants at the lawyers’ office to sign the closing documents on the house, Adam was there with me to explain every aspect of the situation in simple terms and tell me where to sign…70 times! And an hour after it was over, all the I’s dotted and t’s crossed, I returned to take possession of the family home which my parents had always intended to be mine, and which I would have lost had I not retained the legal services of Adam Ansanelli.
