We were recommended to Adam by a family friend, and we worked with him to purchase our first home. He walked us through the entire process and worked hard to expedite the mortgage, answering all our questions along the way. Especially during COVID-19, banks were slow to respond, but Adam kept on them! We couldn't have asked for a better guide through a very circuitous process. Highly recommend!

Mr. Ansanelli is helping us to settle my mother in law's estate, and also helped us to set up our own estate. I've had multiple conversations with Adam and he has always been able to make time for me regarding my father's estate. I have never had to deal with this before and after consulting with other people who have, I realized that I was in better hands than my friends were who also had to handle their parents' affairs.
In the midst of dealing with my parents estate, I became aware that Adam also handles real estate proceedings. Nice to know since I am considering selling our house with the market being so strong!
