I was in foreclosure action then had a auction sale of my home 20 Frank St lindenhurst NY 11757 then hired this lawyer Weber he file petion chapter 7 he knew prior of that we file two consecutive chapter 13 and you can’t file more 13 only 7 with automatic stay. After he file the chapter 7 he said his fax was broken he will call the bank lawyer to let him know we file a chapter 7 and after he handoff phone told me everything is ok sale was stopped but I have something on me that can’t trust him went to the parking lot did call the bank lawyer and he told me that the only way can stop the sale is if I attached automatic stay a single page that my lawyer can do electronically in his office he denied do then I drove bankruptcy court my self has only 20 minutes less before 2 PM when file was 2 minutes late and my home was took by the bank went bank to Weber that just said sorry sorry and return my money but make a big damage you trust a lawyer to defense u but meanwhile betray you and since that lose everything my family go apart Los Ely two German dogs and I’m a homeless for 6 years can’t recovery homes now sky rocket interest high 7% can’t afford a house and rent is 4000 a month ridiculous and can’t afford never forgot this pain in my blood never forgive this rat this bad lawyer that sack my whole family I’m deserved he be in life prison carful please don’t trust don’t do business with this individual stole your property under conspiracy and lie to you about your constitution rights
