I picked Patrick Binakis by luck. I was in search of a foreclosure lawyer and I needed one pretty quickly for a situation my family had. I checked online reviews and was impressed by the positive messages left for Mr. Binakis. If I was going to take a chance on getting what I needed from a lawyer, I was going for the one that had the best impartial reviews. My father and I met with Mr. Binakis and for anyone wondering, he is definitely worth calling. I will also say, that he picked up the phone when I called. There wasn’t a buffer between he and I at the onset and that impressed me. He was very thorough in his research of my foreclosure issue and he asked all the right questions to get to the right course of action moving forward. He wasn’t shy about sharing his knowledge and breaking things down in layman’s terms so that my father and I could understand. He’s honest and straight-forward and in a lawyer, I think those attributes are priceless.

Update November 11, 2022 I’m here today to update my previous review it’s about three years for me dealing with the IRS and New York State Department of tax finance Patrick was working on two offer and compromise for me I must say it was pretty complex I was in a lot of trouble and it was a long road and a lot of hard work for me and my attorney I’m happy to say that I finally have resolution and Patrick and his team are extremely amazing Patrick was able to get an amazing offer in compromise with the IRS and an excellent offer in compromise with New York State Department of finance this law firm Is top notch Patrick is an amazing attorney with extreme knowledge pertaining to all tax issues Im kinda lost for words that I’m here today being able to even write this review Patrick I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back and giving me a fresh beginning thank you for your guidance and your professionalism and your knowledge words cannot describe the satisfaction that I have and the smile I have on my face my life Was torn upside down dealing with these issues over the years its been a tremendous burden but now I’m free thanks to you Evan I had extensive tax issues with the IRS and NYS I met with Patrick and what and experience I had you get to talk to your attorney face to face not over the phone with a representative from a company who can’t relate to your problems. Patrick is extremely knowledge of all tax laws and gets right to the point of your issues and has a game plan and resolutions for dealing with the IRS The communication with Patrick and his staff going way above a 100% your calls and emails are always answered quickly. This is the customer service I have been looking for The law cares about their clients and goes the extra mile to assist you. If your looking for a law Firm that will represent you 100% this is the place. Having the stress of the IRS and NYS on your back Has made me sick. I no longer have to deal with any stress Patrick deals directly with all agencies for me allowing to have my quality of life back.

Ive been a client of Patrick for over two years. He is the absolute BEST!!! He is a very assertive litigator and will work hard to help you keep your home. My Dad died leaving me in foreclosure and ever since Patrick has been fighting off the condo board and the bank. He stoped my SALE DATE !!! Amazing lawyer with a great attitude! In my first meeting with Patrick he identified a great legal strategy that ultimately led to a favorable outcome for me. I came to him with my property already in the final stages of foreclosure, but he convinced the judge to halt the auction a few days before it was scheduled and negotiated a great resolution for me. It was a much better outcome than I could imagine. Not only did he provide great legal service, but he also showed genuine care and enthusiasm when speaking to me which eased my mind tremendously. I had felt a lot of anxiety about my situation but immediately started feeling much better after he took on my case. I am deeply grateful for his service and strongly encourage anyone who is in any type of trouble with their mortgage to seek Patrick immediately! The world needs more people like him!

My family house since 1979 was scheduled for a foreclosure sale in the morning. I called Patrick the night before the sale, he pulled over in his car and sat on the phone with us and gave amazing advice. We spoke to multiple lawyers prior and was told it was nothing they can do for us as tenants. When we spoke to Patrick he explained that we had rights and he can help and he did! He was OT but called his colleague, filled him in with everything that was going on. They saved my family house from being sold on the court house steps minutes before the sale.
