Although I did not get to meet Mr.Patrick Binakis, I was very impressed with his services. I called him in panic after receiving certified letters from the IRS. He very clearly explained my options awe set up an appointment. I discovered that the issue could be resolved, at least temporarily and contacted him within a few hours to cancel our appointment. Patrick Binakis is a professional, honest and fair attorney. He used his experience, intelligence and foresight to demonstrate to the court how my mortgage lender unfairly treated me. Mr Binakis was able to effectively convince the court to stop a foclusure on my house not once but twice. He's currently working with an investor on a permanent solution. Also he's aggressively advocating for me in another matter with the IRS. In all matters he listens to me and is responsive on my legal options.
