Truly Excellent! I spoke with Peter Piddoubny about a landlord/ tenant issue, after calling 2 attorneys recommended by The Bar Association, neither of whom showed any interest whatsoever. Peter couldn't have been more different, he showed compassion, gave me clear advice, is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to explain the law clearly and in a manner that gave me a clear way forward. After speaking with Peter and him answering all my questions honestly and clearly I felt very confident in my situation. I would highly recommend Peter for any legal issue you may have.

We are working with Peter for the last 15 years or more, tenants related issues ( 17 family building). After we switched from the previous Attorney, we never looked back. Fast to respond, serves tenants quickly, no mistakes. Affordable too. Would definitely recommend.

He does not follow-up at all, is slow with getting things done, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't advocate for you, is untrustworthy (at one point he said he has signed executed contracts and just needed to forward them to me...the contracts were not signed by the other party) and he is very rude.

He does not contact you in a timely manner and does not answer questions from opposing sides. Does not keep you informed on status. Had to constanly rely on brokers attorney to let me know status on contracts because Mr. Piddoubny couldnt be bothered to answer. Had to switch attorneys mid way because was about to lose homel because he never even told me he received a contract and was sitting on it. He was too busy to answer or return my calls or emails.
