Michael, his wife, and staff are my go to personal injury lawyers. I have been practicing law for over 30 years and I do not lightly recommend lawyers. His firm is super dedicated, communicative, highly-skilled, and is not intimidated by insurance companies. There are so many personal injury law firms in NY but I honestly recommend this firm.

I was injured in a slip and fall in Penn Station and fractured my foot. After dealing with extreme pain and discomfort and while on disability, I was referred to Michael Linstadt who was very cordial and understanding and guided me through the case until settlement a year and a half later. It was done expediently, professionally and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Everyone in the office was very courteous and caring. I recommend him to anyone in need.

Michael Lindstadt is a very thorough and knowledgeable lawyer. He took the time to discuss with me my rights and directed me on the steps I needed to take. Sometimes businesses won't honor their warranties until you obtain legal representation. He was caring and patient as I asked him many questions. If I ever need legal representation in the future, I know who to call. I'm very happy with his service.
