Well I give five stars because I believe one is great or not. No in betweens. Let me begin by saying this was stressful process for me cause it's a life changing situation obviously but Mr. Katos simplified everything and gave me the knowledge and confidence I was lacking by just one phone call. I called for information on a coop and I was nervous at first because I didn't want to sound stupid and uninformed but like I said Mr. Katos was knowledgeable and kind. He didn't even charge me anything! I'm looking forward to getting serious and calling him in the near future.
