I recently purchased my co-op and worked with Anthony. He helped me through the process and was an amazing person and always reachable, especially when I had so many questions and was so unsure of what was going on. I can’t speak more highly of Anthony and all the help and patience he gave me through the process of purchasing my co-op. He is truly one of a kind and an amazing lawyer to work with.

Anthony deserves all of these 5 stars and then some! He was recommended to us by our real estate agent and we could not have found a better lawyer. We were first time home buyers so had lots of questions about the entire process. He was a great resource for advice and it truly felt like he had our best interests at top of mind. For most people, selling a home is a task they do infrequently. This makes the process feel unfamiliar and complicated. For it to go smoothly, one should hire expert assistance, including a real estate attorney. My son & I wholeheartedly recommend the services of Anthony Marciano and his team at Marciano Law. My real estate agent proposed Anthony as her top choice for me. I then met Anthony at his office in Astoria, and had my son (who lives in another city) join the conversation over speakerphone. Anthony proved experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with, and put us both completely at ease. He and his colleagues were easily reachable by phone or email, even outside of business hours. I have trouble getting around, and being able to work with Anthony without having to travel to his office was a huge help. We had a motivated buyer and the closing proceeded rapidly. As expected in a complex transaction, we encountered a few issues along the way. Anthony kept me calm by prioritizing, by explaining clearly what had to be done, and by working with me, my son, and my agent to assemble the necessary paperwork and signatures to clear the way to the closing. Last, but most certainly not least, by the time of the actual closing I had already moved out of state, and it would have been burdensome for me to return to attend the closing in person. Anthony laid out a few options for my son and me, including granting Anthony the limited power of attorney to conduct the transaction for me. We had questions, of course, and he answered them all in plain English, which allowed us to feel confident in choosing that path. While I expect I will never need his counsel again, if you need a real estate attorney, my son and I cannot think of a better choice than Anthony Marciano and the Marciano Law team.
