Maria represented my wife and I in a recent Real Estate transaction. We sold our condo on Long Island, and it was a very involved transaction because there were multiple offers and several contracts. Maria went above and beyond regarding my father's estate. Whenever I had a question about something I didn't understand, Maria was very patient and helpful. She displayed compassion and sympathy during this sensitive time when handling the affairs of my late father.He had owed the nursing home a hefty amount and she negotiated it down where both beneficiaries can walk away with something instead of nothing. After an unsatisfactory experience at a previous firm a family friend recommended Maria Alaimo, the difference was tremendous, she was always available to talk to me and explained to me everything I was to expect a hearing before hand. She made sure I got all my treatment authorized and the fact I was paid at a total rate the whole extent of my case I accredit to her representation.
