I had an excellent experience working with Elias & Anita. I chose Malikouzakis Law because of they were recommended and had an incredible amount of positive reviews. They helped me purchase my first home and I was very grateful for how knowledgeable & accessible they are. Everything was explained with detail but If I ever had questions I was always able to get ahold of them promptly and left our meetings feeling confident I understood everything.

I was a bit nervous about my coop purchase but Elías was great right from the first meeting. Always patient and kind, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and he made 100% sure that I understood all aspects. As a first time home buyer I had an excellent experience with Elias. He is a knowledgeable professional who was on the ball every step of the way. As a member of the legal profession I can confirm he possesses all the qualities you would want in a representative . On top of that he is kind, friendly, and personable. Even the sellers in the transaction wanted his information for future use after the closing was done! I would recommend him to anyone.

Had an excellent experience working with Elias and his team. As first time homebuyers there were a lot of calls/questions and Elias was happily and confidently able to walk us through all of them while providing valuable advice. Elias was able to connect us with mortgage brokers and several other services which were crucial to securing this home. He's extremely easy to work with and made sure that he had everything taken care of for us. We felt very comfortable working with Elias and would absolutely recommend anyone else to do so.

Elias and Ananti were exactly what we needed as first time home buyers. They walked us through every step of the process and explained every detail and made us feel comfortable during our complicated COOP purchase. They were always available to answer questions and made us feel confident that we understood every part of the COOP contracts. They made sure we met deadlines and had all our documents in order for closing. My wife and I can't recommend them enough!
