Elias made my life easy with this whole buying process . So easily to communicate with , readily available and a pleasure to work with.
Leading up to the closing of the house, detailed the game plan and walked us through the process step by step.
He came highly recommended and I totally understand why. During the closing, explained all documents in full detail. Very professional and a pleasure to have someone like him on your side.

Elias was a very calming presence during my entire homebuying process. I just closed yesterday, and he was very helpful in explaining all the paperwork and legal jargon I was signing. Elias is amazing! He got me through my home buying process seamlessly, handling the hiccups (delays with the seller, etc) with ease. I’ve never worked w lawyer so patient and kind before, he set aside ample time to zoom with to explain everything in my loan documents, closing docs, etc.
Elias and his team are who you want on your side when you do your home closing. He is patient, knowledgeable, and a genuinely caring lawyer that will make sure you and your interests are cared for. I highly highly recommend him, I definitely will be using him again for future law needs.

As a first timer, Elias was very patient in explaining the terms and conditions of the transaction. He was swift and succinct with his response. As someone that is not in law, he gave various examples and analogy on how things will go and make sure we are not confused and feel confident with the transaction.
