Elias was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was clear, detailed, and an excellent communicator. Buying a home and all the inevitable work that entails seems daunting, but he was highly recommended to us by our agent and we would fully recommend him as well for real estate needs. Any concerns we had or issues that came up were quickly and accurately addressed. We reviewed documents via Zoom when it wasn't feasible to go in to his office and review. His assistant Ananti was also wonderful to work with and tackled a lot of the "smaller" tasks for us as well. Full recommend.

Mr Malikouzakis provided attorney service for purchasing a new apartment in Astoria, NY. First time buyer in a new country and new construction building made it necessary to learn many details so he guided me through the whole process with constant attention and extra care as he has very strong knowledge and good relations with everyone involved in the processes.
