I highly recommend using Chris for a real estate transaction in New York. It's a complex process, and you need a real estate attorney with patience and experience. During the process, Chris was very responsive and never made me wait for more than an hour or two if the matter was urgent. And I really appreciate the fact that he did not disappear after the closing date. There were some unresolved issues with the apartment, and he helped guide me through the best way to respectfully make sure the remaining items got done in a reasonable amount of time. In summary, I would not hesitate to use Chris again.
