I had a legal matter that was very disconcerting to myself and my family. For the 4 months that it navigated through the court system, Attorney Testa and his staff, especially his paralegal, kept me at ease and informed of the process and expectations. He and his staff took time to understand all the circumstances and extenuating factors surrounding my case. He ultimately helped obtain the favorable disposition I was looking for; all dismissed!! I would highly recommend this firm!!

Daniel Testa was able to resolve a legal matter, with us being out of state, when another local attorney in Auburn failed to so. I appreciated Daniel Testa's attention to detail in ensuring the legal matter was finalized, and keeping me up to date throughout the process. Daniel Testa would personally call with updates, which surpassed my expectations after our experience with the other attorney previously hired in Auburn.

Recently had major issues with a mortgage lender for my mothers home after she had passed and truely thought i would lose the property and home...i was referred to Dan Testa law firm and told he was the persom most qualified for my case and this was found to be a most accurate statement!. I was treated like family and was very fairly charged fir the excellent services i had received from him... The staff and everyone there involved was friendly and more then helpful..highly recommend them for all your legal needs!!!!

April 2018-October 29, 2018/Mr. Testa did consult on a family matter promising to get back to us after his research of New York State laws. We called back to see where we stood. Wonderful place to work!

Update: Requested to contact them to discuss the matters that I have had with my case and it’s getting close to 2 weeks and haven’t heard a response. Court following my hiring this firm has been very unsuccessful because of the poor agreement I accepted has caused anything brought up prior to be not allowed to be brought up. Child is constantly neglected and I’m helpless to stop it. On the positive side he did meet with me fairly quickly but the outcome was far from acceptable. Paid a lot of money to be left high and dry when his plan was to let it slide for a couple months and we will revisit it. Didn’t realize till after the judge made his ruling that when we were going to revisit it he would expect another retainer. I told them that I violated her and filed for a modification because the first visit after court I had to call the police so I could have my measly 6 hour visit when I travel 9 hours round trip. They wished me luck. Basically spent 500/hr and my visitations were not improved even though I had seeked counsel. If you are looking for family law help I’d go else were. I’m suffering thru my son being neglected by his mother and horrible phone conversations and only seeing my son for 12 hours a month. Was really let down by this firm. Had zero evidence and reason that my visitation shouldn’t have been reinstated but instead I’m waiting till December. Which is 6 months after my court appearance to see my son again normally. Only gave 2 stars because he did meet with me promptly but I feel that’s being to generous.

Mr. Testa is a wonderful Attorney! He has helped my Wife and I out with difficult legal issues and his Paralegal Patrice Case is absolutely amazing!! They did everything they said they would do and they did it fast!! I recommend these folks to everyone!!
