Does not know how to talk to people. Does not know the difference between the TRUTH and harassment. I understand the TRUTH hurts. Sometimes the TRUTH needs to be told. Not to mention also LIES just like her client did UNDER OATH. Said it has never spoken to me. Yet and still admits it sent me a letter. A LETTER is actually a form of verbal communication. So there it just got caught in ANOTHER lie right there. It's really difficult if not impossible to believe ANYTHING this guy says. I saw her in court. She even lied to her client, telling it that they were going to get this over with right then and there while I was sitting right there waiting to be called in and she and her client and her clients wife went in and talked to the judge for a good half hour or so BEHIND CLOSED DOOR. EX PARTE , THAT is what kind of attorney this is.

I have to respond to this. First of all, DOMINIC is right, he has never represented me nor would I EVER hire such an attorney to do so.He clearly LIES. Dominic NEVER I REPEAT NEVER served ME with ANYTHING. That cease and desist letter did not have my first name on it and I can prove it. He lies just like that client of his did under oath and of course gets away with it. How can he write a testimonial when he can't even tell the truth? A cease and desist letter does not really force anyone to do ANYTHING. It is non binding and does not have a legal effect. EDUCATE yourself. I saw this attorney in court and he does not look impressive at all to me. If you are comfortable hiring an attorney that is not honest, then go ahead and be my guest. He does not know how to write such a letter and needs to learn how to talk to people. There is a reason that these are not all 5 star reviews.

I had the pleasure of working with Dominic for the closing of my home. From start to finish, the process was extremely smooth and efficient.
