Mike handled a case for me and my son and was always available there for me when I had questions. He was always professional and caring. I have to tell you, I went though alot of attorneys in the Syracuse that really did a terrible job and told me that I could never win my case and I should just forget about it and call it a day. Mike fought for me and cleaned up the messes from the other attorney's that I fired in the past. He always gave me hope when I thought it was hopeless and fought for me all the way. Mike went to several appeals courts to fight for me until the end when we won the case. I have never seen an attorney fight for a client as he did for me. Mike Bersani recently represented me in a personal injury lawsuit, which resulted in a settlement, on the fourth day of the trial. By the fourth day, both parties were eager to settle, for an amount, that was considered fair. I am proud to tell others about this amazing attorney and would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Michael Bersani as your attorney. Michael did an outstanding job litigating my dispute concerning a land lease for a cottage which I owned on Owasco Lake. The land was leased continuously since 1945, the year the cottage was built. I purchased the cottage in 1984 with the one and only lease, signed by the original property owner and me in 1987. The dispute centered around one point: was the lease still valid, even though the land had since changed ownership twice? Although we lost the original case in Cayuga County Supreme Court, Michael prevailed receiving a unanimous 5-0 judgment from the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department in Rochester.
