Trashy lawyers. They do not update you on the case until they get a settlement offer. They will try to tell you it’s the best offer and nothing else. After accepting the offer, I still have to pay my hospital fees even tho I “won”. I have proof of all this and the bill the hospital send me.

A truly disappointing result from hiring them to represent me. They fumbled the basics of settlement terms. After the initial consultation, they will only communicate by email, and seem annoyed when you want to talk on the phone.

Out of all the eviction law firm I’ve ever visited this was the best, they were very professional in their approach and handling of my situation. I’m grateful for finding them just in time.

The website seems impressive and they will take your first phone call and sound like they care. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Actually, they do not care at all about their clients, are rude even though you are the one who paid them, and will be resentful to communicate at any time, no matter the hardships you're facing. In court they seem more worried to appease the other side and impress the judge than to help their own client. Low energy representation, and also basic mistakes in writing agreements and terms. It weakens the client's position and rights to be represented in this way. He will not care how much money you lose. What's worse, the most basic wording on agreements, something you trust an experienced lawyer would know, is fumbled or skipped. For example, he failed to note any "Does" to cover other people living for free, and he also wrote up the weakest settlement that meant the terrible nonpaying / property damaging tenant has no consequences or judgment against them, even though they did not comply with the court agreement. Basic, stupid and lazy mistakes, but it's not his money or property so he just does not care. Absolutely the worst attorney for a landlord to turn to. I switched over to another attorney, but still am paying the consequences of this firm's failures. DO NOT trust them. Incompetent and a waste of money. Find someone better.

There is nothing that annoys me more than someone that doesn’t return calls . Those people should not run a business ; RETIRE ! Attorney waited until trial to have a conversation about the case and advised me to not move forward. Waste of time and money for me . I contacted another attorney; Mary Merz . This lady was much more knowledgeable . She was also willing to discuss the case . Very responsive!! These Long Island Eviction Attorneys need to polish up the golf clubs and head to Florida.
