Kristy has been amazing. Although we played phone tag at first, she kept on calling back in a timely manner. We are using a MetLife Plan, and she has been so helpful getting myself added to our house deed. She is kind, respectful, and knows how to communicate. Very knowledgeable as well. I would 100% recommend her and this firm to anyone.

I used them to file an eviction. I am very disappointed. I felt like every time I called it was an inconvenience for them to talk to me. They are husband and wife and I would give info to Krystal and then Matt would come back and say I never gave him the information and almost blame me. They do not explain things at all and seem to think people understand the process of an eviction. You were told to just fill out a form and then when you ask questions they seem to get annoyed. I would definitely not recommend using them.

Lisa at WMB provided me a thorough review and excellent communication (said as an over communicator, in a world of under communicators). She was expeditious, knowledgeable and friendly when providing counsel for a residential real estate transfer of property matter.
