Lack of communication and responsiveness
“I constantly asked him and the office if they had everything they needed. He forgot paperwork at a trial and luckily I am very diligent with documents and had copies. Another time he didn't have the paperwork I asked about.”

Dishonest and unethical behavior
“She lied to me for more than a month!! She repeatedly told me the opposition hadn't filed the necessary paperwork, 'Trust me, we're checking with the court daily.' Well, completely accidentally I discovered from someone at T&L that the opposition had actually filed the paperwork more than a month prior!!! Michelle and 'her team' were absolutely NOT checking with the court daily, but SHE WAS LYING to me on a very regular basis.”
