First off, these people were extremely impersonal, and everything from the other reviews is what I went through, I went through. We won my hearing, but I can't say if they won it for me since the insurance company's representative flubbed his paperwork. They ignored the medical paperwork I gave them, and it cost me 9 weeks of retro. When I did receive my retro check, the amount was totally incorrect. I called and told them, and they said they'd get back to me, but that was nearly a month ago. So long story short, this office cost me over $1500 in retro because they didn't listen, don't communicate, make you do some of the legwork, and then totally ignore that leg work. If had to do it over again, I would pick a different law office for my workers comp claim. They got me the minimum for partial-permanent spine issue. I literally m could have done better if I was allowed to do it by myself. TL:DR They do not fight for everything you deserve. They dont care if your workers' comp payments are suspended. It's obvious that they get by because they're listed on the state list for Worker's comp lawyers. I've been to appointments at their office where I've sat in the waiting room for over an hour because the paralegal never actually filed your paperwork (Raphael). I went there because they were close. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! My back is still too bad for primarily physical work. Also, they called me to ask not to leave a bad review after they saw my original review.

I had Kayla Thompson work on my case and she was amazing! Updated me with everything I needed to know and cared to explain to anything I didn’t quite well understand so I was always in the loop to what was going on! Thank you Kayla!

If you’re looking for a great firm to handle your case McIntyre, DONOHUE, ACCARDI, SALMONSON & Riordan is the place to be. But if you want a Social Security Disability Specialist that’s highly skilled at her job. I would recommend Carol Venezia, there’s no one more qualified to help you win your case.
