First I want to say that Claims Representative Carol Venezia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She helped me through the process and made sure I stayed on task!! She was incredible.
When your hurt and have to go through this process you don’t want to make the calls and get the paperwork, but Carol keeps you on POINT, she is incredibly helpful and she is available!!!! You call and she ANSWERS the phone!! The firm has been incredible and Representatives like Carol Venezia make that possible. Thank You Carol and Thank You MDASR!!!
