Overall I am very happy with them. They always answer my questions. I normally leave a voicemail and get a response the next day. The staff is very helpful. The CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE Rafael Hernandez is excellent. He works well above his pay grade. Whatever the pay him,They should give him more!!!!
