Dan Represented me in a felony graffiti case over ten years ago. I found this page while searching for him to retain him for the future and figured I'd leave a review. Mr Driscoll was able to get my charges plead down to nothing compared to the original offer and fought for my to have an opportunity to turn my life around and I really appreciate that. I remember Dan being at my arraignment the day after I was arrested and I remember him being very punctual and extremely ontop of things although I'm sure I was one of many cases at the time. Thanks a lot Dan, I appreciate what you were able to do for me.

Dan, represented me on a dispute with my employer. He laid out what he thought about the case with me up front and tirelessly worked the case to a satisfactory resolution. I know that criminal work is his specialty, but I would not hesitate to call him again if I need a lawyer on a civil matter.

I could not have been happier with Mr. Driscoll. He was very knowledgable and delivered even better results in the case than I had anticipated. He also showed compassion and integrity, which unfortunately, seems to be the exception in this field.
